Organizational approach to formal questions:
The line of questioning throughout the course of the interview will be approached in the order of the 8 main headings on the chart from Parents to Community. For each of these 8 areas I would like to have them touch the issues listed on the left side of the chart: Influences on Education, Career, Marriage and Children decisions, Character Development of Attitudes/Belief system and Personality, and Family Dynamics meaning the relationships within the family and how those affected their Life Choices and Character. I predict that much of the material will be directly related and overlap. I hope that organizing the content in this way will be the most efficient approach, with the least amount of repeating oneself.
